Tal is the acting CEO of Sativus Tech and its subsidiary Saffron Tech. She is currently overseeing Saffron Tech's R&D process and spearheading the business strategy to bring vertically farmed saffron to market.
Tal has over 20 years of experience in leading international technology and communications companies. Tal acted as Salesforce Industries’ Regional Director of Eastern Europe, Africa, and Israel. Prior to Salesforce she served in several executive positions at Vlocity and was one of the founders of Vibo. Tal holds a bachelor's degree in medical sciences from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and a master's degree in business administration from the Technion Institute of Technology.

Mr. Ben-Or has over 20 years of broad experience in corporate finance, accounting, M&A transactions and IPOs.
Uri has significant expertise in public Life Science companies traded on the TASE, OTC, Nasdaq and serve as the acting CFO of some of them.
Mr. Ben-Or has a BA degree in Business from the College of Administration, a MBA degree from the Bar Ilan University and he is a Certified Public Accountant.

Tomer manages the research and development of the protocols for growing saffron in indoor vertical farms. He served in a range of plant research positions from research assistant in big companies to agronomist a breeder and geneticist of garlic breeding program in the Volcani Institute. Tomer holds a PhD, Bs.A and Ms.A in Agriculture from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Shimon acted as project manager in a leading defense company. and led the development of wastewater containerized solution. David is an agronomist, specializing in indoor farming operation. David is in charge of all Saffron Tech operational aspects. David gained vas experience while working on a large Cannabis farm as an operation and farm manager.
David holds a B.sc Biotechnology, Tel Chai College, and MA, industrial management from Bar Ilan University.

Professor Kamenetsky oversees the collaborative research study between Saffron Tech and the Volcani Center – a leading agricultural research center in Israel. Her extensive knowledge in geophyte plants and the saffron plant’s physiology helps develop the growth protocols for saffron in indoor vertical farms.
Professor Kamenetsky leverages her expertise in the various influences of plant growth to understand how to create the ideal growing environments for geophyte plants like saffron.

Professor Rosa Molina earned the moniker “Lady Saffron'' because of her 20 years of experience studying the spice at the Polytechnic University of Valencia. Professor Molina has extensive knowledge in the cultivation of saffron from her university research programs in Spain.
As a research advisor for Saffron Tech, Professor Molina is an intricate part of the research and development of saffron grown in indoor vertical farms. Professor Molina is an expert in saffron cultivation and her knowledge will advance Saffron Tech’s mission to expand the saffron market and create new businesses through the large and consistent supply of the spice.

Prof. Itamar Glazer is the Scientific Director of the Volcani Institute, Israel’s leading agricultural R&D innovation center. He is an affiliated Professor at the Hebrew University in the Faculty of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences. From 2000-2006, Prof. Glazer was the Director of “Kidum”, the Technology Transfer Office of Volcani, and from 2007-2014 he was the Director of “The Plant Sciences Institute'' of Volcani.
Prof. Glazer has vast experience in the initiation, development, and transfer of agricultural, food, and scientific innovations.

M.D., Ph.D., Nissim is a veteran of the lifescience industry, with 25 years of experience covering medical and biotechnology technology development, corporate leadership, and investment management. Nissim spent eight years with Pitango the largest VC in Israel, where he was a General Partner managing life sciences investments, before he become Senior Managing Director at OrbiMed the largest healthcare fund managers globally. At OrbiMed he was overseeing and managing the investments of more than $500m in in Israel and Europe. Nissim was the founder and CEO of Impulse Dynamics, which he led for six years, culminating in a $250 million realization event.
Nissim obtained his M.D. and Ph.D. in Biophysics and Physiology from the Technion in Israel, and subsequently conducted his postdoctoral research at the N.I.H. He has published over 100 patents, authored over 20 publications and received eight prizes and awards.

Avi Stern joined Sativus Tech’s board of directors in August 2021. He brings his vast finance experience to advise Sativus Tech on the capital structure of the company and other fiduciary duties.
Avi currently serves as the Vice President of Finance at Wix.com, a leading cloud-based website development platform with millions of users worldwide. Prior to this role at Wix.com, Stern served as a C-suite executive for several public and private companies.

Fellow at the International Institute for Counter Terrorism (ICT), Reichman University.
Mr. Noy is an expert on counter terrorism, intelligence, and Palestinian and international terrorism. Prior to joining the ICT, Noy served in various operational and leadership positions at the Israeli Security Agency (ISA / Shabak) where he served for 31 years and retired at a position equivalent to Major General. His last position was Head of the Israel and Abroad Division. He is fluent in Hebrew, Arabic and English, and holds a BA in Social Sciences and an Executive MBA from Bar Ilan University.

Michael (Mikey) Oster brings with him extensive experience in operations management, business strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and driving shareholder value.
Michael is experienced in building deals and executing deals. In his previous positions, he was Senior Vice President at Alon USA, where he led the signing of contracts with customers and suppliers for a $1.2 billion toll road project, led acquisitions and the takeover of a renewable fuel company that resulted in $80 million in sales.
Michael is a certified attorney.
